That is an attractive building.
My only criticism is that, while it may be prototypical, that platform is awfully short compared to the ones on similar structures. Of course, a creative modeler can extend it on both sides considerably to accommodate 2 or 3 50ft. box cars.
Add to that, those solid door openings on the left could be cut open to reveal a decorated, lighted interior that the model could create.
