Here is the link to my web site. It hasn't been updated for a few months, as my progress has stalled lately. However, it shows my progress and a little history. Enjoy!

This is my Railimages photo gallery for the Moose Bay Railroad:

Many of these photos have appeared in WPF and other posts here. There are a lot of "under construction" shots showing before-and-after views. Mostly, they're in order, but when I've dug through the archives to dig up an old one to illustrate a point, sometimes you'll see one with a lot of pink foam showing.

CNJ831 Clicking on the link below will take you to a slideshow illustrating my Hudson Highlands Railroad. The layout is set in eastern New York State during the autumn of 1941 at the height of fall color in the region. The layout represents a branchline that terminates in the large city of Jacksboro, NY. Steam is just beginning to give way to diesels on the HHRR but the coming of World War II will put a temporary halt to this trend. http://s64.photobucket.com/albums/h182/CNJ831/HHRRtour/?albumview=slideshow CNJ831

Mine isn't much since I don't have a layout but a Diorama. I friend was nice to create me a page off of his webpage for his layout. You can find it down at my signature too. It also shows my plans for my future layout or as I call it my "Dream Layout".

Building a protolanced industrial park layout
With the help of my 21-year-old son, I finally have a website for my current model railroad layout. Check it out!
http://www.oakhurstrailroad.com
The Oakhurst Railroad is an HO scale model railroad running through the central Sierra town of Oakhurst, California. Although no real railroad ever ran through Oakhurst, the area is rich in logging and gold mining history and several railroads and logging flumes operated nearby. My parents and brothers used to live and work in Oakhurst and I spent many summers there.
The Oakhurst Railroad is a two level point-to-point railroad with a helix and an optional continuous run. For operations, trains are put together in the Oakhurst yard and then travel to the logging or mining areas on the upper level. Logs are taken from Camp 3 or Central Camp to the North Fork sawmill. Cut lumber and mining ore are taken to Oakhurst for interchange with a Southern Pacific branch line that connects to the mainline in Fresno. Passenger trains take guests to and from the Yosemite resort in Wawona.
I hope you enjoy your trip on the Oakhurst Railroad!
