it would really depend on how involved you want to get, and or the space. All it needs is bacially 2 to three tracks sunk into the road with truck lanes between them, a large enough space for a container storage area, and a large crane spanning it all. Manned by a switcher, though probably a GP 40.
Here's a satillite of a "small" (relative) Intermodal function at Cinncy. There's a large crane that spansd the trains, then a ferrying truck brings it to a second crane that's fee moving and just wide enough to straddle the truck. it will lift the conatiner and stack it.
