I am currently starting on converting a wathers plastic pellet car into a 5150 cu ft hopper for grain service. I discovered that there is an article on how to do this project but cannot track a copy down. It was in the Sept 2002 issue of Railmodel Journal. If anyone here has access to that article and would be willing to scan and email it to me it would be greatly appreciated.
