Oakway SD60s/BN SD60Ms

I was at the LHS today and they have 2 Rail Power sd60 shells for sale. I would like to paint one as an Oakway SD60, and modify the other into a BN Phase 1 SD60m with a Detail Assosciates UP 3-window North American cab, but I have some questions:
What is the closest match available for the Oakway blue?
Are there any other differences between BN (phase 1) and UP sd60ms besides the cab battery box doors (the article in MR I'm looking at called them "louvers", if someone could please specify what this is) and grab irons on the roof?
Railmodel Journal had an issue back in December 1989 with an article on the Oakway, but no back issues are available, if anyone has the issue and could tell me a list of details/paints for the project, I would be grateful.
Thanks.

CONRAIL blue is what you use for your Oakways. The original scheme was with black trucks, which were later changed to silver, so either way you won't be wrong. As far as your SD60m's.. I don't know much about the UP's but know early UP widecabs were built specifically for UP, so check your number board placement and headlights for sure. If I figure out how to scan my slides and not get a full screen image I will e-mail you a couple of phase one BN pictures.
