They went under several years ago. Walthers bought their tooling and currently makes most of their product line, as the Walther's Trainline line of engines and rolling stock. IIRC, they make TM's FA-1, FB-1, wood reefer, wood single sheath boxcar, X29 steel box, wood double sheath boxcar, and 40' stock car (and possibly more, but I'm not too familiar with all of the old TM line).
