How do I post a track plan?

What should i use to make it on my computer and upload it onto the forum so somebody can help me with where to put the insulation and stuff?

Do you mean how to break it up into operating blocks? I think you could draw it up and scan it as a jpeg image, but it would have to be pretty big.
Might be better to get a Yahoo/ geocities website and post it there. It's free, you can pick up a lot about building a website from a google search, and then you could just post a link to your site and ask for opinions.

yes Im still not understanding all the dc particulars and ppl have told me that if I posted a track plan it would help. And I dont have a scanner. Too bad you cant upload attatchments on these forums
