Walthers Super Cheif

Today I went to my local hobby store and ordered the 8 car walthers Super Cheif Set and the new Athearn genisis Santa Fe F7 ABBA set. I also got the first car in the series and it is really nice. I put it next to my older Santa Fe car for comparison. There were many small changes like the diaphrams and the height of the car. The corrugated roof is really cool and the car rides as smooth as silk . Can't wait for the next car. If you purchased this car please share your opinions.[:)][:D][8D]

Pablo, I recently inquired on the forum if anyone had ordered the Super Chief from Walthers. It's good to hear that you're enjoying the car you've received so far. I'm ordering my set soon.[:D]

I have the first car ordered from TexNRails. Let's keep this thread alive and swap info. I'm planning on lighting em & controlling em with Lenz function decoders as well as DCC/sound in the locomotives.
