And for that price I'd be looking at artists chalks.
I used to get a lot from the lady that did all the chalkboard drawings in the local supermarket. When they got too small for her to use she'd give them to me. I'd shave those puppies down to dust and weather away!
Probably the gas to get there and back home...
Some basic paint colors like rust, dirt and grime would just about eat up $20.
