There are a couple of reasons vendors aren't organized by scale. One that has already been mentioned is that many vendors deal in more than one scale. Other vendors have been in the same location for a long time and don't want to relocate. Some vendors also want some distance between themselves and their competitors. The S-Gauge group seems to be the only one that really wants to consolidate in one area and they have the advantage of being a much smaller group than HO or N.

i thought about that too wandering around looking for HO stuff dont get me wrong i loved walking around. but it took time to find everything i was after.

This Show is big! They should try to seperate some of the scales into groupes. I realise that a lot of retailers sell all scales, but you have the n,ho,g,s devoties and it would be easer when you only have a couple of hours to view any thing that you could go to your interest and not spend half of the time looking for your interest ! If you have any time left you could wander!
