I think the size of the show has little merit on what might be offered in the show, go to it.
I went to the GR show not too long ago and found 2 HOn3 turntables and one powering unit for one of them, thats a big deal find for me.
Central Mochigan, havent been to it, the Kalamzoo show is Beeeeegg...
The Saladin show is quite small but does have a fair amount of dealers for it's size.
That being said I would rather go to the other show but my club is one of two layouts on display at the Shriner show.(the reason I'd like to go is because I haven't been there yet )
The Rails on Wheels modular club out of Saline (Ann Arbor) will be at the Mt. Pleasant show. The club had a very good time there last year. The show seemed to bring in a lot of different people than the shows that we usually do. I also liked that they used the show as an oportunity to introduce the hobby to a lot of handicapped people. The show benefits service dogs in part.
I also got a couple of real good deals at the show. Like two Walthers old Santa Fe passenger cars for $15. I don't expect a deal like that again but I'll be looking.
