Hey guys, [8)]

I just received a well detailed UPDATE from Litchfieild Station. It's a lengthy but explains this "mess" [V][:(!] quite well.

Bruce Petraraca has been very good about keeping up with this "mess" that Mike's Train House has needlessly created!. I will submit it on the other threads within the next day or so. It will raise your eyebrows![|(]

"I like my Pullman Standards & Budds in Stainless Steel flavors, thank you!"

What's the deal with MTH and command control/DCC?

March MR mag reviews the Broadway Lmtd T-1 and mentions that speed control has been removed because of possible patent problems with MTH. A sidebar article further states that 3rd generation DCC is on hold until legal difficulties with MTH can be resolved.

Is there any further information on what's up with this?
