It just seems logical to me. It's a wireless device with a 10 hour battery and touch screen, perfect for a wireless throttle.

I don't want to have to spend $500 + a monthly fee for an iTrain.

So as I write this I'm actually out watching trains in a cafe by the CP main and reading the forums on an iPod. Even better is that I no longer have to have a computer in my workshop as I can just look up my prototype photos on this thing. So my question is has anyone developed a DCC control for the iPod yet? It seems like a logical thing to me since the little machines seem more computer than music player these days. Also I've heard and seen myself how the Internet and computers have changed model railroads but has anyone had an experience where another piece of modern technology has made he hobby easier as well?
