Hello,
The HTCR series is EMD's solution to a self steering trucks. These sideframes are only found on EMD products, such as the SD70 series. However I am talking about GE's variant, self steering truck. on another note, KCS' AC4400CW also have these trucks (GE's). I have decided to seriously look into producing these sideframes.
Thanks,

GE's Steerable Truck Sideframes in HO
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, August 2, 2001 3:49 PM
Hello All,
I was wondering if anybody out there knows of some of the GE Generation 1 Steerable Truck sideframes in HO, to fit the Athearn C44-9W/AC4400CW trucks? These are note the Hi-Ad as already found on the model. The Steerable's are found on CP and CSX AC4400CW's and CSX's AC6000CW. Any body know of any other users? I am thinking of making them if there aren't any producers out there, and I am curious about the demand. E-mail me back with an idea of how many you would probably buy. Anyways, Thanks in Advance.
