You will probably find more information on this in the "Collectible Toy Trains" forum.

American Flyer info
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, August 2, 2001 2:58 PM
I have in my possession a number of American Flyer loco's and cars. I have 2 green #4000 locos, 1 burgandy #4000 loco, 1 burgandy #4667 loco, with 2 different sets of passenger or observation cars (not sure which)...with either "America" or "Pleasant View" on the sides, green and burgandy, 2 #4040 Mail cars, and a #4633 loco "Lone Scout", #4252 "Lone Scout" observation, #4250 "Lone Scout" club car and #4251 Pullman. Would like any information on these, such as year, value, etc. Thank you for your help.
