Turnabout is fair play: UK modeling websites?

I've had an interest in UK railway modeling since my first visit in 1975.  I do have a few pieces of OO, but nothing serious.

I just spent an hour looking at Chris Nevard's exceptional UK outline modeling (http://nevardmedia5.fotopic.net/) and I'd like to learn more about UK modeling, particularly in EM or P4 (OO, corrected track gauge).

Can anyone suggest a few decent websites and discussion forums that would tolerate a newb from this side of the pond?
