Peco Nscale Turntable Question

I have a very limited space for a turntable on my nscale DCC layout.  The shorter bridge is ok since I have all shorter diesels. I see Peco makes a smaller turntable.  Can anyone give me their opinion about the Peco turntable?  Does it work ok?  Can it be motorized?  Easy to install?
