The basic LokSound decoders come with a short cable that has a standard NMRA 8 pin socket/plug interface. The speaker is 100 ohm, and attaches to the decoder module. At lest that is what the after-market US decoders look like. They sound very good.....

As i have seen the factory installed decoder is Loksound with 21 pin socket (not the most common 8 socket) and the speakers are connected to the printed circuit board and not directly to the decoder as usual, and are 8 ohm not the (again usual) 100 ohm.
So my question is
Are the decoders from the market exactly the same with the Factory installed decoder? So they use 8 omm speakers just because are connected through the printed circuit board?
