It appears you haven't got a clue what a PR1 is, eh?!

It is one of the most cost-effective gizmos to program any DCC decoder

If you need the pin layout for the DB connector hers is a page that shows it. If its the PR1 cable itself, I do not think you can make one. It has a miniature board inside the connector. I've read of several attempts to make the pr1 cable without success. Good luck
