TOMIX Streamliner engine

I have an N gauge set labeled AURORA on the box.The engine is a TOMIX 2615 and is missing the front and rear trucks. The set is a streamliner and I guess the engine goes in the middle of the train as it connects to the cars with a vestibule on each end.I t appears to be modeled after a Japanese Bullet train, (Tomix item #92604, JNR OER HiSE 11 car set.).The engine doesn't have a pantagraph , however some of the passenger cars have pantagraphs. However it does have windows..
I believe the importer is Mokei Trains in St Louis, But they don't appear to have a web site or e-mail.
Can anyone help me?
