They should go after him like they did Micheal Jackson for endangering his baby. [xx(]

How about a trip on the Ghan ? What is it -- 2 or 3 nights, gourmet dinners etc. riding up the "Gold Coast" ?

Think we could embarass Steve into "comping" it ?

Its actually Darwin NT to Adelaide SA

no the couplers must the XF-25s (or whatever the NMRA couplers were called). I remember teh battles getting the wagons apart when they were equiped with them.

You see - the old couplers do have a use in modern model railroading. Even if it is to stop a crocodile hunter getting knocked out by a 12" long passengr coach.

speaking of which no-one tell him about the Swiss electric locomotive that was called a crocodile!!!!!!!!!

They must have Kadees. The plastic clone crap wouldn't be able to hold up to the abuse!

My dear 4-8-8-4,

He's appealing to the demographic which still thinks that Amtrak has anything to do with politics !!

[:D]

Oh and Sask,

How about a trip on the Ghan ? What is it -- 2 or 3 nights, gourmet dinners etc. riding up the "Gold Coast" ?

Think we could embarass Steve into "comping" it ?

Had a similar problem moving a 3-unit drawbar double-stack set, but didn't resort to this! I'm currently building a 6ft long board with a couple of parallel lengths of track to move this car (and others like it) around safely and to allow safe display/storage of the model.

I suspect Stevo doesn't pay for his own couplers...!

Anyone want to post a link to this picture? I'd like to see it, though it's terrible how he treated those passenger cars!

I searched for it and found the photo after reading this. What idiot does something that dispicable to a model train?!!!!!!! It sickens me. I certainly dont think that this guy deseres to have a locomotive named after him!

The Horror!! I saw that photo too! Imaging that, he shows his son how to be safe around a croc but then goes and shows him how to behave terrible to his toys. And Steve probably wonders why his trains dont work anymore....

   Have fun with your trains

No, not the one where he is dangling his infant son above a hungry crocodile. The one I saw on Yahoo News where he is holding up three HO passenger cars and the middle one is held up only by its couplers! This shocking mistreatment of HO trains should be reported to the authorities. Crikey!
