Testor's printable decals.

I was at just at Wal-Mart and seen a decal printing program in the model paints section. It is made by Testor's, the same company as the glues and paints for models. It comes with a computer disc and some printable decal papers. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with this computer program. It was only ten dollars, but I do not have a printer so I didnt bother to buy it.
