I recently got BLI's E-7 passenger diesel GN #512. Liked it so much I am ordering #500 for delivery the end of this month. I love it! Even running on DC the sound is so incredible it makes you want to operate realistically. One experience with sound and you are hooked. Then I will have a look at converting my other engines and getting into DCC for even more incredible sounds. johncolley tholcapn Port Townsend, WA

Wow! Now this is a case where sound really made an impact! I'm excited about the F7 and SD40-2, though I'll wait after they've been out a few months and read or listen to feedback from owners.

Hopefully since BLI knows that MTH is knocking on the window, they've done their best to get it right! Looking foward to it!

"I like my Pullman Standards & Budds in Stainless Steel flavors, thank you!"

I have a number of BLI engines, both staem and diesel. I really appreciate them. Excellent craftsmanship, sound, detail, and workability. So far my experience has been simply excellent.

still waiting for the AC6000CW from BLI. Judging by BLI's record it should be a great engine.

If it sounds like a speaker is rattling with the whistle after you have run it awhile, don't despair. I took my tender apart, did not find a cracked speaker, or anything else wrong, carefully put the speakers back in their mounting depressions, put the board and tender body back on, and no problems since. I haven't the foggiest idea what was going on, but it's fine now.
What could have happened.... did.
