Modeling faded Penn Central logo on Norfolk Southern SW1500

How can I simulate a faded Penn Central logo on a SW1500 (I had a photo but people had problems viewing it) using the Athearn model as a starting point?

Nope I do not see the picture either.

Try right-clicking and choose "Show Picture". If that doesn't work, tell me and I'll get rid of the picture. It comes out fine for me, I don't know why you can't see it.

you can see the picture because it still is in your computer and not on this forum server

Since nobody answered your question because they were to worried about the photo, I would paint the engine flat black, apply some Penn Central decals (microscale sells them) then use a light flat black wash over the decals so you can barely see them, don't
forget to paint the front and back grab bars yellow.
