Does anyone know how I could find out the value and interest for old copies (1940's), of "The Model Railroading" Magazine?

Check eBay's "completed sales" listing for the magazine to ascertain current sales prices. I note that there is always a long listing of old MR's for sale on eBay. However, prices realized are not usually very large except for pre-1940 issues.

They don't really have any great value except to maybe a collector, and even then you may only get a couple of bucks, maybe 3 or 4 on some but thats about it.
