[V] I need some help! I have a Bowser Mountian kit that needs to have the gear on the axle trued, or straightened. Does any one know how to do this, or know of a tool on the market that will do this for you? Thank you in advance for any help!
Happy New Year!!

Your best bet is to send to Bowser for repair or replacement. http://www.bowser-trains.com/
NWSL sells the tools to fix it yourself, you are looking at $50 to $100 if you go that route.

TMA:
NFM is correct. NWSL makes the tools you need but if you aren't a frequent scratchbuilder the necessary tooling is pretty expensive. If your problem is a oneoff and you are unlikely to be confronted with a similar in the future I would opt for having Bowser fix it.
Good Luck
