Custom painting and decals are something I might be able to help you with. If you have a picture of what you are interested in I can probably generate some. I design custom decal sets as part of a part time hobby/business. Most of my work goes to museums and railroads. In the southeast I have done some work for RailAmerica out of FL. I have done work in "N, HO and O" scales. Let me know if I can help.

Herald King used to make boxcar decals for the AN, ASAB, and CIRR in HO. But Herald King is no more. Bull Street Station in Savannah had Rail Graphics make AN locomotive decals in HO. They might still have some sets.
