BLI Blueline SD40-2's

Has anyone else who runs a BLI Blueline SD40-2 on DC found that sometimes the sound "cycle" seems to repeat its self, (much like a skipping cd would repeat the same part of a song over and over) until you throttle down? it doesnt happen very often, but it does happen. Any fixes?      Also, has anyone tried putting a canadian safety cab on thiers? (turning it inot an SD40-2w)
