kadees on kato rs2

how should I go about puting on Kadees on a Kato RS-2? What numbers should I use? I have limited tools and resources so the simpler the better.

Use a #33 assembled with the thin lid on top and just slip it into the pocket and use the Kato screw to secure it. You also can use the "scale" #58 in the 30 series box but it will protrude at bit more. Using the 30 series box helps get the coupler height correct.
