Tony's Train Exchange has a pretty good handbook that you can view online or download which gives a basic rundown on what DCC is, how it works, various features available and so on. Here's the link: http://www.tonystrains.com/tonystips/dccprimer/index.htm You can also download a PDF version from the link at the top of that page. I think this should cover the basics for you, or at least help you get started. If you have questions when you've finished that, you know you can always come back here to ask. Good Luck! -Joe
