I can't speak to detail accuracy, but I can tell you that Rivarossi produced a plastic CNJ "Blue Comet" livery Pacific somewhere between 5 and 10 years ago. They also produced a passenger car set in the right livery, but wrong car types (Blue Comet all coach). If you're counting rivets, these probably won't do. If you just want to capture its spirit or have something reasonably close in the very distinctive (and handsome IMO) Blue Comet color scheme, you might want to look into them. If you're interested, I can get you part numbers by the beginning of next week, as I have both the engine and car set packed away somewhere...
