<p>Good Afternoon!</p> <p>Well, it´s nearly supper time over here, so I´ll just go for a [D], please!</p> <p>Got my aching back scanned, but won´t find out until early next week, if there is a remedy for it. I guess I will be in for some physio-therapeutical things, but no surgery.</p> <p>I was in and out of the place within 30 minutes and already back home by 9am, so it was more or less a regular day. The weather has been quite unkind to us today, lots of [um] and [st], which is a [:'(] shame!</p> <p>The railroad around the rim has turned into quite a conversation piece! Some Brit built is (who else would do such a thing?) and appropriately named it "Flushing Meadows". There is more to it - the water tank in that wooden casing contains a underground mining operation and loading facilities on top of the tank. Nicely done, but I hate to have to lug a porcelaine toilet bowl weighing half a ton from train show to train show without a forklift truck!</p> <p>Been playing with "Heidi" just a little today. She had a bit of a hitch crossing the unpowered frog of my one and only switch, so I thought I´d have to "juice up the dead frog", but I don´t have to! All I need is to install a spring pressing the switch blades gently to the stock rails and that´ll do the trick. For the time being, I have fastened the throw bar with a little nail until I get a</p> <p><img src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/93/RoundTuit.jpg" alt=" " /> installing a DPDT switch as a lever.</p> <p>Have a great day!</p>
