Isn't it funny. There is more talk about one stupid but talented person, that all the good plays during the games this last weekend.

Vince Lombardi said it best, act like you've been there before.

I remember when great players had class.

Oh well still love a good game, and especially a great play.

Tim (go chargers) I mean Pats !![:)]

I couldn't agree more. How about that Paton Manning, eh? This guy can play and has real class. He is a stand up guy if there ever was one in the NFL. Looks like he has league MVP sewn up this year. Colts fan or not (and I have no real reason to be), you've gotta love this guy.

Good choice Ron, too bad his brother and dad didn't listen. Oh well, thanks to the Giants takining him off of our hands, we are set pretty well. Did a little better than they did, and we still have their #1 for 2005. Even better the Chargers are 24 million under the salary cap. Now if they only use it wisely luke, use the force.

The Male Sheep will pounce all over Hotlanta, then fold and lose it in the fourth with our special teams reverting to normal incompetency and stupid interceptions.
Baaaaaaaaaa.

Why did the ram fall off the mountain?
Didn't see the ewe turn. (Hey, it's been a long night.

Well I wi***hat it was the COWBOYS!!! Yes the BOYZ!!! True blue all the way!!! Thick and Thin!!! And am I ever glad San Diego lost, I live here and got tired of all the junk about that team. Lawsuits and all that mess. But I was bummed in a way, I was wanting the Steelers to beat up on the Chargers. OK ,I am done bashing. But I LOVE football, but the season goes too fast for me. [sigh[ C):-)] So I'll stick to the NFC east, not a Eagles fan, but choose the Eagles (but not willingly). Guess I better stop. LOL. [:-,]

I am suprised that there was only a few Eagles responses to this question. We have been dominant all season (except for 3 games and two of those we played the JV team). Well I will represent us for this forum..........

GO EAGLES!!

Well seeing that the Packers lost to the Viks, I guess I'll support the Colts. My dad likes the Colts, so its only fitting. It would be nice for Manning to have a Super Bowl ring to go along with that touchdown record of his. But I heard that the Colts are 0-6 against the Patriots, so it might turn out to be the game of the week and a disappointing one for that matter. All in all, I'll be watching most of the games this weekend. I hope the Eagles beat the Viks, but with Owens out, it might turn out to be a nail biter. Football continues to be my favorite sport to watch.[:)]

But don't alot of people (on all these endless, mindless sports talk shows) think that Eli will be better than Peyton?

I'm not a big fan of the game but my two cents is as long as Buffalo doesn't win It doesn't really matter who does.I live too close to the boarder that if the Bills ever did win I'm sure the looting would spill across the boarder and cramp our style.[8D] TB

Still rooting for the Vikings, even if Moss is a little screwed up.

Well after a success rate of .500 in week one, I only hit .250 in week two (Rams and Colts lost, Steelers won, albeit barely). However, since I actually wished Minnesota and Philly could both lose, I suppose I actually hit .333. I guess we will continue this week with seprarate polls for AFC and NFC champ games--who goes to the big dance?
