I can't vouch for this particular car, but I do know that BN, KCS, SP and others did roster some very large, modern frameless tank cars for shuttling diesel fuel to remote locations. My recollection is that these cars are 23-25k gallon and look more like the MicroTrains 55' tank car in N or the MDC frameless tank car in HO. gelwood.railfan.net probably has tons of photos of these, Lou
