I agree with these guys! This is a great service that Kalmbach offers us, and plenty of great ideas and interesting discussions show up regularly, often from folks who rarely post . Jennifer

When I post a question or a topic that I feel is important I may sometimes check the responders stars on this forum and on others how many post they have because I have a falsee sense of security they will know the answer to a question I have because they have 4 stars or 300+ post, Some people may feel like the guy with the most post will know "The answer/s." It is just one of those things that reminds me of a new job scenerio. Say you start a job as fire fighter and it is your first few months. When you have a question you most likely direct it to the person with more seniority or who has been there the longest simply because you feel they have been around longer to know any answer you may have. It is a natural thing to trust the word of a long time member as opposed to a 30 post responder. Crazy but alot of guys must feel that way about that. I am sure it is vise versa for the big posters too. Some one may feel inside that they are more knowledgable or experienced because they have 3 stars or 300+ post. that person may think that they have "Put in their time" as a listener/student and now have become teachers/mentors. I do not care because even though I am new to this forum I know one thing, I can model my *** off! I love to work on my layout and it is mine. I know my layout more than anyone with 2,3, or 5 stars because I built it. Plus I may know more about a subject than a dude with 325 post ya know. The guy with the most post may be the most idiotic person too. (no offense to that #1 poster) Well I do not even have one star, UH OH. What I am saying may not mean jack. [;)]

Some of the most knowledgable men/women have been here for years but have low post count cause they have busy jobs that keep them from the forum or they feel the need to only post in topics they know extremely well.
