[/quote] Where Eagles Dare is a rather good movie, After reading Clint Eastwood's Biography, I guess Richard Burton was tanked pretty much through the whole shoot. CJM, Eastwood said in his book he think's unnecessary dialogue takes away from the movie. Manerisims give more depth to most of his characters.
