Good Morning!

Another gray and ra*ny day here, but it hasn´t cooled down much.

My Internet connection was down for quite some time this morning, so I made use of the time to review the drawings for my next building project. As I will be using .8mm plywood for the planking, I can simplify the interior framing, which will considerably speed up the construction. The inside won´t be seen, and the simplified framework is strong enough.

I may also rename the layout. Keg Harbor is already take by a group of Canadian model railroaders, so I may go for Boothbay. Now this is a real location, which was served by the Wiscasset RR, IIRC, but at the moment I kind of fancy the name Boothbay & Quonsett RR - the BBQ line [:-^]. This may change when the BBQ season is over...

Ken - I see you have traded [B] for proteine drinks. Petra tells me that they are no good. She´s a nutritionist by education. Better to get your proteines through a well balanced diet and quench your thirst with a mix of apple juice and soda, which has the same isotonic character as those expensive drinks.

Well, I have to run to get some glue. Isn´t it amazing how much glue you need? Glue is quite expensive here - [sigh]

Have a great day!
