to all whos basements are damp , DRYLOC paint is a must this stuff works great it stinks so lots of fresh air and read the instructions i used a big i mean big brush it looks like a mini mop with stiiff bristles. two coats are amust i did my whole basement last spring when i could see water leaking in. this year so far no water no dehumdifie =smaller elec bill
