"USE: Non-Profit manufacturers and distributors of model train equipment and ancillary materials; apparel; memorabilia; house-hold and decorative items; shops; clubs." These are people who sell the products, but whose orginization is legally "non-profit". Campus bookstores fall into this catagory, for example - they sell books above the cost of the book, but are still usually considered a "non-profit" orginization. This does not apply to home or club layouts unless you are selling CSX stuff ! When all else fails, read the directions !!! BTW - spreading false information about a person or orginizaion (even in terms of a "joke") in a public forum CAN be grounds for a lawsuit! Minuteman, Dougal and others beware! Why do you think the Atlas Forum shuts these type of threads down at a certain point ???
