As long as you are modeling CSX or a predcessor in your basement, you have no worries. Non-profit clubs have no worries either. <br />Now if you have a for-profit display, and are advertising it as a CSX or predecessor road, you may have a problem. However, if you use commercially available and licensed equiptment, I don't see how they can enforce it. <br />
