Why would I stop? I love UP! I don't really model modern day UP anyway (even though I have an SD70M), I model the transition era. The trademark ploicey doesn't mean anything to me. Like 5 or 10 dollars is going to make a difference. It's about what YOU want, not how much it costs, IMHO. Things like the UP trademarking thing are going to happen, get over it already.

Guys,Did you know Atlas sign the licensing agreement about the same time Athearn did? Read all about it on the Atlas site..
