Vincent - how much room do you have for your layout? Could you extend that room by separating storage of the layout from operating it? What I mean is to build the layout in sections and assemble it only for operating sessions. In the meantime, it could rest on a shelf. I had that in mind, when I adapted the MR project layout "The Beer Line" for N scale: <a href="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/ABeerforVincent_zps19820280.jpg"><img src="http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv185/SirMadig/ABeerforVincent_zps19820280.jpg" alt=" " border="0" /></a> This layout consists of 4 sections, each 13" by 40".
