Why do you want to prove this to be a Allen loco? Do you want to sell it? How did you aquire it? The best I can tell you about Keith Blanchard is that he was a bit of a joker. I have not seen him in over 11 years, when he move to the LA area and I to Salt Lake City. I heard that he passed away from cancer, but not sure when. If he was still around, he would be about 74 years old. He and I are about the same age. <br />John
