Love Box Co. (www.lovebox.com) I know it sounds like a porn site but they are for real. :) What I've used is a 12 gallon plastic crate with hinged lids (Lowe's $5.97), sheet cardboard cut for a custom fit and 1/4" foam sheets (HVAC supplier $15 for a 3'x25' roll). You can make your own dividers, lay a sheet on top of each layer and keep going. I get about 40-50 cars in each crate and you can stack the crates without fear of crushing anything. <br /> <br />Luck
