But the package also says that curtians, furnature, and walls limit the efectivness of these things. If Bob were to use one of these, I would probably put one on or above the hanging layout and run an extention cord up to it. I do have four of these in my house and they do work OK, But the best effect was most likely tested in a room with no carpet, furnature, or anything else that would absorb the sound waves.........Jamie
