A few open boxes of mothballs placed around the layout will keep all sorts of vermin away including mice, squirriles, chipmunks and bats.
But a couple of warnings....
1. Your garage is gonna smell like mothballs.
2. It is violation of Federal laws and possibly some state laws to use mothballs(napthalene) to control such beasties.

Now isn't our government looking out after us...we can put the stuff on our clothes and wear them but we can't repell layout eating vermin with it....Take Care and Have Fun....Vic
