The DCS52 will handle all DCC compliant decoders including TCS, LokSound and LokPilot, NCE and Digitrax. It has the added benefit if having a built in USB interface for computer aided programming.

Any DCC decoder is designed to work with any DCC system. I should add that voltage requirements are a determinating factor. If you're system is designed for large scale running up to 24 volts then the N scale decoders won't last long. Some systems have a switch or setting for smaller scales.

Do N Scale TCS decoders work with the Digitrax DCS52 Zephyr Express?
I have all KATO trains, and am looking at buying some KATO N Scale Metra F40PH that come preinstalled with TCS decoders.
Same question for ESU LokSound.
