So, am trying to install 29-351 and 29-352 decoders into a new KATO 10-1671 Brith Railways Class 800/0 GWR. Naturally the KATO trainset has no ENGLISH instructions only JAPANESE. I have other JAPANESE bullet trains and have put in the EM-13 and FL12 decoders in. I use the NCE DCC system, and am unable to make the 29-352 light decoders work in the lead and last cars. Anybody have installed these without any problems? I have spoken to a few N scale model railroaders like me and they all have similar issues claiming that these decoders are very "querky." I like the look and performance of these Japanese Bullet trains as long as they are not broken! LOL. So I have searched the web and have come up with only a few YOUTUBE videos which are barely helpful. Anybody install these FL-12s in a KATO 10-1671 British GWR? IF so, can you help me? Thanks
