I didn't realize the OP was looking for a way to have a section of track in which the motive power changed directions autonomously in DCC.

I don't know of any. DCC has constant voltage to the track. The decoder controlls the motor in the loco. On DC the AR-2 changes the track polarity to reverse the loco. So , with DCC, you would need a way to have the reverser send a reverse command to the loco address. Maybe an Andruino set up might work.
DCC works a little differently, because train direction is determined by the decoder in the locomotive, not the track.
There are a number of DCC devices available to manage reverse loops, most use detection of a short to flip the phasing on the loop.
What you are probably looking for is Asymmetrical DCC, which works with the appropriate decoders to provide some degree of automation. The level of sophistication in the decoder determines what the possibilities are.

What DCC system do you have? With a Digitrax Zephyr you could feed the output of the Circuitron reverser into one of the jump ports and set the jump port to the address of the loco you want to control.
