ESU Loksound prime mover volume
Posted by Alco_Pop on Friday, January 17, 2020 8:52 PM

Does the prime move engine sound has it's own volume control or is it set by the master volume control CV 63?

Thanks

Phil

In addition to the master volume, ALL sound slots have their own individual volume controls.

If you haven't already, Phil, download the ESU decoder manual associated with your Loksound decoder.  It's full of a LOT of information - including which specific CVs control which sound slots.  For the Loksound 5 decoder, it's found on pgs. 87-89.
